Below is the catalog of scholarships available through the 2025 CKCF Scholarship Central. You may create an account at any time; however, Scholarship Central opens for new applications on January 1 each year. General application requirements (required for every Scholarship Central submission) - Official transcript — submitted by your school academic counselor - ACT and/or SAT scores — submitted by your school academic counselor - FAFSA Submission Summary Application window - Scholarship Central accepts applications annually from January 1 through March 1. These awards fund the upcoming academic year, starting with the fall semester and continuing through the next summer term. Notes - Some scholarships will ask for extra materials specific to that scholarship; those additional requirements are listed with each award. - Applicants must meet each scholarship’s individual eligibility requirements. - Award amounts and the number of recipients are estimates and may change from year to year. Available scholarships 2026 Andrew Kyle Mykytiuk Memorial Scholarship - Male graduating high school senior - Active participant in Hardin County Lacrosse for at least one year - Planning to pursue either a technical or academic program of study and demonstrating commitment to educational goals - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.75 2026 Ann Ewing Memorial Scholarship - Graduating senior from Nelson County High School or Bethlehem High School - Completion of four years of advanced math including accelerated Algebra II, geometry, precalculus, and AP Calculus - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 2026 Audrey Shoulders Memorial Scholarship - Graduating senior from Central Hardin High School - Current member of FFA or a member of the CHHS Archery Team - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 - Additional required document: an essay explaining how participation in FFA or the archery team has influenced your personal growth and development 2026 Bardstown Rotary Scholarships - Graduating senior from Bardstown High School, Bethlehem High School, Nelson County High School, or Thomas Nelson High School - ACT score of 20 or higher - Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 2026 BCD, Inc. and J. Michael Salsman, PE Construction Scholarship - Graduating senior from any high school in Nelson County - Intends to pursue a career in construction or an engineering-related field - Preference given to relatives of BCD employees, customers, subcontractors, or suppliers - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 2026 Becca Bohannon Memorial Scholarship - Female graduating senior from Breckinridge, Grayson, Hardin, LaRue, Meade, or Nelson County - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 - Additional required document: an essay describing how serving others has contributed to your growth and development 2026 Bob Brown Family Scholarship - Graduating senior from Hardin County - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 - Demonstrates both financial need and motivation to achieve educational goals 2026 Bowman Family Swimming Scholarship - Graduating high school senior in Hardin County - Active swimmer on a high school swim team - Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 2026 Brent Wagoner Excellence in Education Scholarship - Graduating senior from Central Hardin High School - Attended East Hardin Middle School - Demonstrated extracurricular involvement - Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5 - Additional required documents: - Letter of recommendation from a non-family member who knows you well - A list of all extracurricular activities 2026 Brianna Taylor Memorial Scholarship - Graduating senior from a high school in Hardin County - Female varsity athlete - Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 - Additional required documents: - List of all athletic involvement - List of all extracurricular activities - Letter of recommendation from a coach, teacher, or sponsor 2026 Brice Taylor Memorial Scholarship - Graduating senior from a high school in Hardin County - Male varsity athlete - Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 - Additional required documents: - List of all athletic involvement - List of all extracurricular activities - Letter of recommendation from a coach, teacher, or sponsor 2026 Carol Johnson Literacy Memorial Scholarship - Graduating senior from Bardstown High School - Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.0 - Plans to pursue a career in education If you need any clarifications about documentation, deadlines, or eligibility for a specific scholarship, let me know which award and I’ll provide more detail.
