Iowa Scholarships for High School and College Students

The ICPA Executive Committee annually determines the scholarship amount for students at ISU and U of I majoring in Civil or Construction Engineering, and Construction Management at UNI. These scholarships are awarded to students who have achieved sophomore status or higher. The awards are presented in February during the ICPA’s Annual Concrete Paving Workshop.The 2025 Scholarship Program is proudly announced by the Iowa Ready Mixed Concrete Association (IRMCA).
